1. What are you doing to address Covid-19?
We are following the local official's guidance and state regulations. We are conducting cleaning / disinfecting measures daily and will have hand sanitizers available throughout the Play Ground, LLC. Wearing masks will be required per local guidelines and state requirements. We are limiting the number of people in each area and following social distancing measures. We have created a gap between parties to allow cleaning and sanitizing our entire facility.
2. Are socks required?
Yes, for guests safety and enjoyment, socks are required to play at the Play Ground, LLC. We sell them if you need a pair.
3. Is the play structure safe and clean?
Yes, Absolutely! Our play structure is custom designed to account for heavy, indoor use. Entrances and tunnels are wiped down and inspected on a routine maintenance schedule.
4. Will the Play Ground, LLC provide supervision in the play areas?
During open play, birthday parties, and private events, parents and guardians are required to attend to their children at all times.
5. What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guests arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled party to allow time for check in and to sign the waiver.
6. Can I bring in my own food, drinks, decorations, cake and goodie-bags for the party?
No outside food, drinks, or decorations unless it's requested for an event with additional cost. We do allow cupcakes and cake, goodie bags, theme-parties, and party favors.
7. Is there a party deposit and is it refundable or transferrable?
The Grand, Epic, and Ultimate Package Parties require a non-refundable deposit of $150. Custom packages require 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. All deposits are non-transferrable. The balance of your party is due and payable on the day of your event.
8. Do you provide party room set up and clean up?
Absolutely! We provide set up and clean up such as table covers, plates, utensils, napkins and cups.
9. How much pizza and drinks should I order for the kids and adults?
Each party package offers two slices of pizza and 2 drinks (juice and water) for 15 kids. Depending on the package chosen, additional food can be ordered based on your needs with additional cost.
10. Can we start in the event in the party room?
No, we’ve found that full tummies and then playing don’t mix, our parties begin on the play structure area and then proceed to the party room.
11. What items are available for purchase?
We have snacks, drinks, gift cards, socks, and souvenir gift items for purchase.
PLAY AREA RULES
All kids must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Waivers are required prior to entry.
Follow guidelines of appropriate age limit within designated play areas.
Play areas are for kids 12 and under.
Be respectful and of other children.
No pushing, hitting or injure other children.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless included in the party package ordered.
Remove shoes, loose articles of clothing, jewelry or any sharp objects.
Shoe free zone, socks must be worn at all times in the play area.
When sliding, only one person at a time in a forward seated position, feet first
There’s no climbing up slides.
No climbing or standing on the outside of the play equipment.
No roughhousing nor tolerate bullying.
All food and drinks are only allowed in designated areas.
Toys or other items are not allowed into the play equipment.
Please inform our staff for any problems or concerns.
At Play Ground, LLC our goal is to have the maximum level of fun! We take safety very seriously. Please alert our staff right away for any issues or concerns.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times
during open play and private parties unless specified events.
Play Ground, LLC is suitable for children 12 years and under. It is mandatory for all
guests to wear socks on the playground area.
Children MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
All guests are REQUIRED to complete and sign our waiver before entering
the play space. Shoe-free zone, socks required.
Our space is a socks only facility. Upon entry to our play areas, it is required to
remove your shoes and require every guest to wear socks though. This helps keep our play areas clean for your little ones. If you forgot your socks, they are available for purchase.
Birthdays & Special Events
All birthdays parties and special events must be reserved with a non refundable deposit which will apply towards your party costs, All reservations must be made ahead of time by calling or emailing us. Please follow up and confirm with us, If you do not receive an email or call confirmation within 24 hours of booking your event, contact us right away or we are not liable for not saving the date requested, each reservation must be confirmed to save the date. Please keep kid (s) at home, when they are not feeling well. In an effort to keep our visitors safe and healthy, Play Ground, LLC reserves the right to refuse admission to obviously ill children. We follow the same guidelines as our local schools. Your child must be symptom-free and fever-free for at least 24 hours before coming to play!
Please don’t allow your child to bring any toys, books, costumes, etc. into our
bathrooms. Also, make sure that you and your child wash your hands before
returning to the play space. We require all diaper changes to occur in our bathrooms ONLY. Our bathrooms
have changing tables.
Food & Dining Policy
Peanut free zone, NO outside foods aloud. To protect our guests with food
sensitivities, our goal is provide a safe food environment. There will be snack and
drinks available for purchase at our facility. Keep all food and drink at our tables or party room. Food and drink should not be in or around the play areas.
Our mission is to have a clean and comfortable play area for our children. Please alert our staff I you notice spills or mess that needs attention but also please be mindful of cleaning after your own space and after your children. Let’s all stay clean together.
Is there parking at Play Ground, LLC?
YES! On Saturdays and Sundays for a special event(s) there are designated parking spaces located in the rear of the building. Please note that these parking spaces are reserved ONLY during the weekend and must display a parking pass on the dashboard of their vehicle or it will be towed. Parking passes will be provided by staff members. Play Ground, LLC will not be held responsible for any lost or missing parking permits if a vehicle is towed. During the weekdays, public and metered parking spaces are available surrounding our facility.
